Solveig and I worked together years before her debut in Sports Illustration Swimsuit 2015. But, leading up to her shoot once she booked it, it was crucial and we really kicked it into high gear! We focused on her mid-section and keeping her sexy but lean look during our personal training sessions with light weight exercises combined with cardio elements. We also added weighted abdominal exercises to her regiment. It was imperative she looked the same about 8 months later when the SI Swimsuit magazine hit the shelves and she was making all her appearances, so as we got close to the launch date we made a plan together for her to maintain her physic.
