Meet Lacey Nelson
After being referred by another model, Lacey and I started working together a few months before she went to Miami for Swim Week with the goal for her to have her body ready for it! As you would expect, this meant lots of abdominal work and smoothing her legs and lower back. Lacey and I trained 1-2 times a week and she took 3-4 classes per week, we also worked on her nutrition to make sure she was properly fueled for the amped up workout regimen. She walked in shows for many of the top swim companies and felt so great about the way her body looked during the shows that we continued to workout together with the same intensity when she returned. Although Lacey travels a lot as well, with my personalized workouts for her when she’s on the go, she’s able to still feel great and make progress while working in other cities.
