Boutique Classes

Fit to a T boutique classes cap at 10 participants so that your workout is customized & relevant. You need long lean lines, and to shed excess bulk. That means working, fast & light. Expect high-energy body weight work that will increase your strength, flexibility and energy levels. With Fit to a T's holistic approach, you'll feel inspired, challenged & deeply supported. Not only will your body look incredible, you will become more balanced, flexible and confident in your body.

Kickbox Bootycamp:  

Incorporates high intensity intervals of cardio kickboxing & bootcamp regiments. Developed to tone & tightened the ENTIRE body, with an insane calorie burn. The final 10 min of class are dedicated to leg and butt toning. 

Sweat Shop:

Interval training alternating between segments of weight training and cardiovascular exercises. Focusing on core strength while keeping your heart-rate pumping for the ultimate workout. The final 10 min of class are dedicated to abdominal toning and you’re guaranteed to leave with a sweat!

Piloxing:

A non-stop, cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, and powerful you! You’ll wear Piloxing gloves, available at the studio, for the ultimate combo class!

Skinny Circuit:

Grab a partner! It’s time for circuit training using body weight and partner exercises! Each circuit will focus on slimming down different part of your body, all while having fun with another girl in class – together anything is possible! 

 

Kristin Dungee is a former NFL Cheerleader turned fitness trainer.  She has over 20 years of extensive training in ballet and modern dance from Ballet Florida and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Kristin is a certified group fitness and Pilates Mat instructor, currently pursing a comprehensive Pilates Apparatus and Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification. She is a 4-time professional cheerleader, having danced with both the Miami Dolphins & NY Jets Flight Crew. In addition, she is passionate about mindful movement, holistic healing, and community outreach.

Bethany Spevacek is a native of Madison, Wisconsin and holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ball State University. She began teaching Pilates, toning, and core conditioning formats in college and loved how her classes helped other girls feel strong and confident in their bodies. She is passionate about creating fun yet challenging classes that emphasize proper form and technique. In her spare time, Bethany enjoys cooking healthy pinterest recipes, wine nights with girlfriends, and catching up on Chicago Fire episodes. She is a certified AFAA Group Fitness and Piloxing SSP instructor.

This is a full body Pilates mat class that will make your body burn in all new ways! Learn how to build strength from within, this is a challenging workout. Non-cardiovascular, Non-impact. Socks or Barefoot, no sneakers required.

Bikini Abs:

Tight Toned Tummy! 45 minutes of abdominal exercises targeting all aspects of the core. Designed to leave you feeling stronger, tighter, and ready to step out in a bikini with confidence.  

*Classes are 45min or 60min in length*
