Incorporates high intensity intervals of cardio kickboxing & bootcamp regiments. Developed to tone & tightened the ENTIRE body, with an insane calorie burn. The final 10 min of class are dedicated to leg and butt toning.
Interval training alternating between segments of weight training and cardiovascular exercises. Focusing on core strength while keeping your heart-rate pumping for the ultimate workout. The final 10 min of class are dedicated to abdominal toning and you’re guaranteed to leave with a sweat!
A non-stop, cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, and powerful you! You’ll wear Piloxing gloves, available at the studio, for the ultimate combo class!
Grab a partner! It’s time for circuit training using body weight and partner exercises! Each circuit will focus on slimming down different part of your body, all while having fun with another girl in class – together anything is possible!
