Meet Dani Seitz
Dani had been a model for years when she was referred to me. She already had a good understanding of proper diet and workouts, she just needed a switch-up and training more tailored for her goals. We specifically worked on her waist and lower back, which can be difficult areas to target with traditional exercise routines. We also worked on increasing the protein in her diet, so provide her with sufficient energy for the workouts. Combining area specific exercises into her regular fitness routine and watching her protein she was able to get her desired look.
