Meet Cayley King
Cayley was heading into her first big NYFW when IMG sent her to me. As a new model it can be daunting and going into her first season with the confidence and knowledge of how to stay fit and healthy was imperative. Her goal was to get her hip measurement down and give her abs more definition. Cayley and I worked together twice a week with personal training as well as 5-6 classes per week. We varied the workouts keeping a combination of cardio for fat burn and strength training to get the definition. With the proper diet and consistent workouts, Cayley hit that goal and walked in Versace.
