Meet Annemijn Dijs
Annemijn sought a more refined look. She had no problem with her measurements when she came to me, but wanted to work on appearing more toned and tighten all over. For Annemijn this meant some cardio routines like kickboxing to fire up those fast-twitch muscle fibers without building substantial muscle, but also strength training using her body weight and stability balls to work on the lean muscle she had and polish it. Because she travels a lot we also worked on giving her a balanced routine for when she was in other countries. Workouts that can be done in hotel rooms with no equipment are one of my staples, or should I say my “no excuse” workouts.
